Burkholder Brothers To Appear on A&E’s ‘Drill Team’ on June 19

Burkholder Brothers was invited by A&E’s “Drill Team” to take part in a Norristown, PA homeowner’s outdoor space transformation. The homeowners, Marc and Chrissy Sirianni, will be featured on an episode to be aired on June 19, 2010 at 12:00pm ET. Burkholder’s Kelly Murray is also scheduled to appear on the episode.

In "Drill Team," a team of experts battle the clock to help a desperate homeowner get their renovation project done on time for a big event. In the Sirianni situation, they were planning to host their cousin’s graduation party in their backyard which needed quite a bit of work. However, the contractor who committed to the project never delivered. The Drill Team was contacted in a last-ditch effort and they, in turn, asked Burkholder to work on their team. Of course, the project was completed on time and beyond the homeowners’ expectations.

“We were thrilled and honored to be asked by A&E to participate in the ‘Drill Team’ renovation project,” stated Barry Burkholder, co-owner of Burkholder. “The condition of the Sirianni’s back yard when we first visited is far from the relax and escape haven it is today. Our team did a great job from design through implementation. The project was exciting, challenging and, at times, frustrating with uncooperative weather. However, rainy weather in the springtime and tight deadlines are challenges our team is ready to battle. In the end, we met the deadline while still weaving in our signature ‘fine design’ touches. Everyone was extremely pleased with the outcome – and that’s what matters most to us…plus we had a lot of fun!”
